Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

For health and hygiene reasons, opened, used, or partially used pet care products cannot be returned, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. If we sent an incorrect item or the product arrived damaged or defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they enter fulfillment. Because orders may be processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed after an order has been placed.
